Job Description: Personal / Administrative Assistant Roles & Responsibilities Direct comprehensive administrative and operational support for a Financial Services Director or Agency Manager, ensuring the seamless execution of daily advisory activities. Process premium notices and policy renewals meticulously, ensuring consistent and timely premium collections to maintain active client coverage. Act as the primary liaison for claims processing, coordinating extensively with insurers, medical clinics, and hospitals to expedite client claim settlements. Execute comprehensive backend paperwork for investment and life insurance submissions, meticulously preparing document packages for ongoing client portfolio reviews. Maintain and update critical client records, including Customer Knowledge Assessments (CKA) via designated insurer portals, and systematically track monthly operational expense logs. Deliver proactive client servicing by tracking key dates such as birthday listings, and efficiently resolving client inquiries through close coordination with various insurers. Support insurance agent recruitment efforts by calling candidate contacts provided by the Director, conducting preliminary filtering, and seamlessly arranging interview schedules. Requirements Minimum Diploma in Business Administration or a related discipline. At least 1 - 2 years of dedicated administrative or personal assistant experience. Proficiency in spoken Mandarin is required to liaise effectively and provide dedicated support to a significant portfolio of Mandarin-speaking clients. Highly meticulous, stable, and independent work ethic, with the readiness to commit to a 100% work-from-office arrangement and structured daily operational hours.
