Job Description - Assist project department in handling all projects, documents, correspondences, and emails. - Assist project department with coordinating work. - Prepare and maintain of contract/project documentation (work order, delivery order, invoice) - Provide administrative support to project departments. - Provide necessary administrative support to all departments. - Other ad-hoc duties as assigned. Requirements - GCE O-Level and above - Basic computer knowledge - Demonstrate excellent customer service skills - Candidates with experience in construction or interior renovation companies will have an added advantage.
