👀Looking for a role where you can gain exposure to grant processes, industry projects, and event coordination? 🌠 Contract Period: 1 year Working Location: Central Region Working Hours: Normal office hours 🧩Responsibilities: Support grant/claims processing , including verification of documents and follow-ups with stakeholders Assist in planning and coordination of industry events , including communications, registrations, and post-event follow-ups Maintain and update project tracking data , including company information and participation records Conduct basic research on companies and prepare materials for meetings and internal use Provide administrative support across ongoing projects and initiatives 📎Requirements: Singaporean only Diploma in any discipline with at least 3 years of relevant working experience Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) Comfortable handling data tracking, documentation and coordination tasks By submitting your resume, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information per ScienTec’s Privacy Policy (scientecconsulting.com/privacy-policy).
