The Role We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Engineer to bridge the gap between media buying and technical execution. This is a senior, hands-on role where you’ll: Own and execute full-funnel paid media strategies Engineer scalable solutions across tracking, feeds, and automation Collaborate with product and engineering to build tools that improve performance and efficiency You’ll work across a portfolio of eCommerce brands, driving measurable growth while helping evolve Leaf’s internal capabilities. What You’ll Be Doing Paid Media Strategy & Execution Plan and execute full-funnel campaigns across Google & Meta (prospecting → retargeting → retention) Build and manage multi-channel media plans aligned to revenue and ROAS targets Optimize campaigns to reduce CPA and scale revenue efficiently Own budget allocation across channels based on performance data Technical & Engineering Focus Implement and maintain tracking infrastructure (GTM, pixels, conversion APIs) Work with product feeds (Google Merchant Center, Meta catalogs, Shopify integrations) Identify and build automation opportunities to reduce manual work Collaborate with engineering/product teams to turn workflows into scalable tools or features Data & Performance Analysis Use data to drive decision-making across campaigns and channels Build and interpret reports using tools like Looker, GA, and platform dashboards Cond
