We're looking for a hands-on Art Director to join our Creative Studio in Tokyo and lead the visual identity of Amazon's fastest-growing commerce experience in Japan. Quick Commerce is redefining how customers - Speak, write, and read fluently in Japanese - Speak, write, and read fluently in English, and have the ability to take direction in English - A strong portfolio demonstrating high-volume campaign production with fast turnarounds - Ability to flex between formats (static, motion, email, social) while keeping a cohesive visual thread - Deep understanding of Japanese visual culture, seasonal sensibilities, and consumer aesthetics - Comfort with ambiguity and shifting priorities in a fast-moving environment - Fluency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
