Job Description
Working closely with the Customer Success team, the People and Culture Business Partner will provide assistance and guidance to Dijital Team clients and team members, using technical and professional skills/knowledge, on a broad range of HR policies, programs and practices. The People and Culture Business Partners will be assigned team members by client/s and will work with these team members on day-to-day queries, onboarding, performance reviews and learning and development. Responsibilities: General: First point of contact for assigned team members for People and Culture questions. Conduct weekly one-on-one’s with assigned team members to capture allocated work and identify any issues Communicate feedback to the Customer Success team and attend ad-hoc meetings with clients to address any identified issues Attend monthly meetings with Customer Success team and client and provide feedback from team member when needed Work with the People and Culture Administrator to update the HRIS, BambooHR, including record management Act as a champion of the company's values and culture, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment. Support overall people & culture team in organising events/encourage the team members active participation in such events. Onboarding: End to end support of the onboarding process from when contract is signed to first day for both team members and clients Ensure a smooth onboarding process for the client & team members. Work with the Customer Success team in coordinating the onboarding with the client & IT division/ responsible stakeholders. Learning and Development: Providing support to team members regarding Learning & Development policies, programs and practices. Ensuring all team members have a development plan in place and training organised on an annual basis and review on a quarterly basis Maintain the LMS to capture completed training Assist the team members on learning requirements Collaborate with the People & Culture team to design a
