Job Description: Role Overview This position is responsible for building, developing, and managing a geographically dispersed team dedicated to maximizing system reliability and availability. Key priorities include co-developing and executing operational processes and documentation, supporting new project deployments, and providing comprehensive post-COD support—from issue identification and resolution to project reporting, system testing, compliance, and analytics. In addition, the Director will oversee the regional cost, driving financial performance, mitigating risks, and enabling sustainable growth. By combining strategic leadership with operational excellence, this role ensures that energy storage projects deliver lasting value to both customers and the business. Key Responsibilities Drive and own O&M Service Business performance across key business metrics (Safety,Finance, Full Maint Scope of Electrical, Mechanical, Instrumentation, PLC, etc.) Own the service relationship with the customer through maintaining clear lines of communication, knowledge and execution of the contract Own the safety culture, building on established Fluence safety management system (SMS) Mitigate risks by ensuring contracts align with legal, regulatory, and organizational policies. Oversee the full lifecycle of service contracts, from initiation to renewal or termination. Track vendor performance against agreed SLAs and KPIs.
