5 days & 1 half Sat per month Working hours: 8.30am - 5.50pm (Mon to Fri); 8.30am – 12.50pm (1 Sat per month) Salary: $3000- $3500 Location: Pioneer Sector Walk, Singapore 627897 (Transport pickup at West area) Job Description The Shipping Executive is responsible for managing the full spectrum of export shipping operations, including vessel booking, export documentation, customs declaration, port coordination, and L/C negotiation. The role ensures timely, accurate, and compliant shipment processing while supporting the company’s logistics and customer delivery needs. Roles & Responsibilities: Liaise with Sales team on customer orders, shipment requirements, lead times, and delivery commitments. Verify all shipping instructions and review Letter of Credit (L/C) terms (if applicable) to ensure all documentation requirements are met before shipment. Arrange vessel bookings (VSL booking) directly with carriers or through freight forwarders. Request, compare, and evaluate freight quotations for cost efficiency. Monitor vessel schedules, port cut-off times, schedule changes, delays, and rollovers. Coordinate cargo readiness, weighing, documentation, and cut-off times. Prepare full set of export shipping documents, such as: Packing List, Delivery Order, Commercial Invoice, Certificate of Origin (COO), Bill of Lading / Air Waybill instructions. Ensure document accuracy and compliance with customer requirements, Incoterms, HS codes, and shipping instructions. Verify and prepare documents in accordance with L/C terms to avoid discrepancies. Submit export declarations through TradeNet or liaise with appointed customs brokers. Prepare and submit advance manifests and shipping instructions (SI) within carrier deadlines. Ensure compliance with customs, port authority, and destination country requirements. Ensure timely submission of all export declarations through TradeNet / customs brokers.
