Job Description
The Assistant Executive will support the operations team by ensuring accurate timesheet processing, billing preparation, calculations, data consolidation, and other document preparation. The role requires strong attention to detail, accuracy in handling data, and the ability to work with multiple stakeholders to ensure billing-related information is timely, complete and accurate. Key Responsibilities Consolidate and validate timesheets submitted by employees and contractors. Verify billable man-days/man-hours and ensure supporting information is accurate and complete. Perform billing-related calculations based on established guidelines and contracts. Prepare and generate billing support documents, reports, and client-specific templates. Review data for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with internal requirements. Maintain and update records, databases, and trackers. Perform data entry and data validation activities. Follow up with stakeholders on missing or inconsistent information. Prepare periodic operational reports and summaries. Support process improvement, AI initiatives and administrative tasks as assigned.
