Key Characteristics You are highly experienced and independent, allowing you to take on critical, complex projects You make key decisions on your own authority You work efficiently and handle a high workload with confidence You require no guidance or supervision from your manager You streamline processes and bring innovation into the company You take on leadership or other special responsibilities You fully understand the company’s existing processes and actively work to improve or even redefine them You introduce new initiatives to optimize your own workflows You are a go-to person for others—colleagues seek your advice and support regularly Requirements Deep understanding of performance marketing beyond the scope of campaign management Excellent client communication skills Strong project management capabilities Proficiency in controlling and financial evaluation Full autonomy in managing performance accounts Strong self-management and task prioritization Proactive in bringing forward ideas to improve account performance Fluency in German and English Role Requirements Role is open to all seniorities You have managed at least up to 50 client accounts You’ve driven 30–50% average annual client growth You’ve managed at least 5 accounts with €100k+ ad spend You’ve managed at least 2 accounts with €500k+ ad spend You’ve overseen 5 accounts in the push (paid social) area You lead client update calls and take ownership of weekly reporting You create customized strategic frameworks and growth roadmaps for your clients You guide your clients from their current performance state to their strategic targets You coordinate directly with tracking and creative teams
