Job Description
Our client is an established education institution looking for an Alumni Engagement Executive to support alumni engagement, events, outreach, relationship management, communications, and stakeholder coordination. This is a full-time, 1-year contract role. The role comes with a 1-month completion bonus upon successful completion of the contract. This is not a purely backend administrative role. The role suits someone who is people-facing, organised, responsive, and comfortable supporting both planning and hands-on execution. The successful candidate must be comfortable working 5 days in office, supporting occasional evening or weekend events when required, and travelling overseas independently for alumni-related activities around 4 to 6 times per year. Roles & Responsibilities • Manage alumni communication touchpoints and alumni engagement activities. • Build and maintain relationships with alumni, professional bodies, and external stakeholders. • Maintain the alumni database to support outreach, engagement, and long-term relationship management. • Develop alumni engagement initiatives and assist in planning and executing local and overseas engagement activities. • Support digital and social media engagement to strengthen alumni outreach and community connection. • Prepare event materials, communication updates, invitations, follow-up messages, reports, and administrative documentation. • Track alumni engagement activities, monitor engagement outcomes, and prepare useful reports and updates. • Work with internal teams to support alumni participation, employability initiatives, and professional engagement activities. • Liaise with alumni, internal stakeholders, external partners, and vendors where required. • Support overseas alumni activities and travel independently when required. • Assist with other alumni engagement projects or duties assigned by the team.
