Work location: Central Working hours: Monday to Friday office hours Salary: up to $3200 per month 8 months contract Job Scope: Events & Programme Management Plan, coordinate, and execute physical, virtual, and hybrid events. Manage event logistics including venue coordination, registration, vendors, speakers, and event materials. Support event budgeting, procurement, and post-event reporting. Ensure smooth event operations and participant experience. Community & Stakeholder Engagement Engage with council members, partners, sponsors, and community stakeholders. Support the development and implementation of engagement initiatives and programmes. Coordinate meetings, working groups, and stakeholder communications. Communications & Digital Platforms Build and maintain positive relationships with members and community partners. Manage and update the website and digital channels. Create and schedule content for social media platforms. Draft event promotions, newsletters, announcements, and member communications. Monitor engagement metrics and recommend improvements to outreach efforts. Secretariate & Administrative Support Provide secretariat support for meetings. Prepare meeting agendas, papers, minutes, and follow-up actions. Maintain records, databases, and administrative documentation. Support general office administration and operational activities as required.
