Duration: 3 months (Extendable to 1 year) Location: City Hall Working Hours: Monday - Thursday 8.30am to 6pm; Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm Responsibilities: Partnership & Community Engagement Work with community organisations, social service agencies, and partners to promote programmes. Support partners in arranging offsite visits to arts and heritage programmes. Coordinate with arts and heritage organisations to ensure programmes meet community needs. Assist with preparing materials and coordinating partners to support outreach efforts. Group Visit Coordination Arrange and coordinate group visits to arts and heritage programmes. Handle logistics such as scheduling, transport, ticketing, and on‑site coordination. Keep records of group visits, attendance, and related arrangements. Digital Access Support Support individuals who have difficulty using digital platforms to access programmes. Help provide alternative options such as assisted booking or offline registration. Guide members of the public on how to access programme information or registration platforms. Outreach & Awareness Work with partners to share programme information through their communication channels. Assist in outreach activities such as briefings, roadshows, and community sessions. Support simple tracking of outreach activities to help improve future efforts. Requirements: Good organisational and coordination skills. Clear communication and interpersonal skills. Able to work with different stakeholders and community partners. Experience in outreach, community work, partnerships, or programme coordination is an advantage.
