Logistic Admin Coordinator (Operations/Warehouse) The Warehouse Inbound/Outbound Administrator is responsible for coordinating and supporting daily warehouse operations related to incoming and outgoing shipments. This role ensures accurate documentation, timely data entry, proper inventory updates, and smooth communication between warehouse staff, transporters, and customer. $2,500 to S$3,000 basic + (performance) bonus Work Location: Tuas, JTC Space Tuas, S639533 Working Hours: Monday to Friday: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM Saturday: 1 half day on Sat every 6weeks Key Responsibilities: Take charge of warehouse and logistics operation, communicate with customer Coordinate with the warehouse team to track and ensure timely order deliveries Maintain accurate inventory records and monitor stock levels to support replenishment activities Communicate effectively with team members to facilitate smooth operations Utilize Microsoft Excel and other Office applications to manage data and reporting Apply knowledge of sales processes on various e-commerce platforms to enhance operational efficiency Responsible and keeping track of customers’ orders to ensure smooth delivery. Liaise and coordinate with customers, warehouse staff and forwarders on shipments. Perform pick and pack inventory items to meet customers order fulfilment. Follow up and communicate with customers on the shipments and deliveries status to ensure that all are being fulfilled. Monitor and prepare on inventory report/cycle count and follow up on stock discrepancies. Receiving, moving, checking and storing incoming goods. Perform cycle count administration and general administration support to the operations team.
