Location: Orchard Be part of an exciting luxury hotel launch and take the lead in creating memorable guest experiences, building exceptional teams, and delivering world-class hospitality standards. We are looking for an experienced hospitality leader to oversee all Rooms Division operations and drive service excellence across the property. Key Responsibilities Lead and oversee Front Office, Housekeeping, Concierge, Guest Relations, and Reservations operations. Ensure seamless guest journeys from arrival to departure while maintaining the highest service standards. Champion a guest-centric culture focused on personalized and memorable experiences. Drive guest satisfaction initiatives by monitoring feedback, resolving service challenges, and implementing continuous improvements. Build, coach, and inspire a high-performing Rooms Division team through effective leadership, training, and talent development. Manage manpower planning, departmental budgets, productivity, and operational expenses. Establish and maintain operational procedures, quality standards, and compliance with hotel policies. Collaborate closely with other departments to ensure smooth hotel operations and exceptional guest experiences. Analyse operational performance metrics and implement strategies to enhance efficiency, service quality, and profitability. Support pre-opening activities, process development, and team mobilisation where required. Requirements Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or a related discipline. Minimum 8 years of experience within Rooms Division operations, with several years in a leadership capacity. Strong expertise in Front Office, Housekeeping, Guest Relations, and overall hotel operations. Demonstrated success in leading teams, improving guest satisfaction, and driving operational performance.
