Position Overview: The Creative Director, Performance & UGC Strategy will own the development, review, and optimization of all creative assets across client accounts. This includes static images, video ads, and user-generated content — all designed to drive performance on platforms like Meta, TikTok, and YouTube. You’ll work closely with designers, editors, UGC creators, and our media buyers to ensure every creative asset we ship is strategic, data-informed, and conversion-focused. You'll also script UGC, source creators via platforms like Billo or Bambassador, and continuously iterate based on performance insights. Key Responsibilities: ✦ Creative Review & Feedback Review static and video ad creatives across all client accounts and provide feedback aligned with performance marketing principles Ensure creative assets meet platform-native requirements and follow winning ad structures (hook, problem, solution, CTA, etc.) Approve final deliverables before launch and flag creative fatigue when necessary ✦ UGC Strategy & Scriptwriting Write authentic, high-converting UGC scripts using proven structures for TikTok, Meta Reels, and YouTube Shorts Guide editors and creators on how to execute scripts with a strong balance of storytelling and sales psychology Develop UGC shot lists, script banks, and briefs for internal use and creator onboarding ✦ Creator Sourcing & Management Source and manage creators via platforms like Billo, Bambassador, Minisocial, Trend.io , etc. Maintain a database of tested and vetted creators by niche, demographic, and performance history Collaborate with project managers to assign briefs and manage creator deadlines/deliverables ✦ Creative Optimization & Strategy Analyze ad performance with media buyers to assess what creative angles are working (and why) Use performance data to inform new creative concepts, hooks, and variations Identify creative gaps or missed angles across client offers and design solutions ✦ Creative Systems & Culture Build rep
