Summary Your primary focus is on architecting our Growth and Lead Generation engines. We aren't just looking for an operator, but a Builder who will own the LinkedIn outreach and HubSpot infrastructure. This is a 'behind-the-scenes' sales powerhouse role—no sales calls required—where you will be expected to construct, refine, and execute high-volume systems that deliver non-negotiable results. What you’ll be doing: HubSpot Sales Operations: Create deals following DTConnect and DTCMvp calls, ensuring all deals are captured and progress is recorded. Update deal referrers and conduct consistent check-ins on open deals with the team. HubSpot Command: You are the gatekeeper of our CRM. You will create deals post-discovery calls, ensure every lead is captured, update referrers, and maintain a "zero-leak" pipeline. Growth & Lead Generation: Conduct market research and build targeted Total Addressable Market (TAM) lists by searching for individuals in the same company or industry. Outreach & Sales Support: Organize and manage LinkedIn outreach sequences using StoreLeads and LinkedIn Sales Navigator. LinkedIn Ghostwriting & Outreach: You will log in as our clients to manage their LinkedIn presence. This includes executing outreach sequences, managing the inbox, and maintaining the "voice" of th
