Our team is fully distributed across Asia and beyond, and our marketing function is a fast-moving, multi-market operation spanning English, Traditional Chinese, and Simplified Chinese. We're looking for a Marketing Assistant to own Slasify 's events, trade shows, and marketing collateral operations. This is a hands-on coordination role at the centre of how we show up in the market, from trade show booths and conference sponsorships to branded merchandise and vendor relationships. You'll be the person who makes sure nothing gets missed on the operational side of marketing: events run smoothly, materials arrive on time, vendors deliver, and the team has what it needs to represent Slasify well in front of customers and prospects. This role is part of the Growth Marketing execution layer and works closely with the broader marketing team and BD function on event strategy and market-facing activities, as well as contributing to global digital marketing activities. This is a 6-month contract with the possibility of conversion to a full-time permanent position based on performance and business needs. What You'll Do: Events & Trade Shows Plan and coordinate Slasify 's participation in trade shows, conferences, and market-facing events across key markets Manage event logistics end-to-end: registration, booth setup, scheduling, and attendee coordination Liaise with event organizers and venue contacts to ensure smooth execution on the day Maintain a forward-looking events calendar aligned with marketing and sales priorities Document event outcomes and leads generated for post-event reporting Branded Collateral & Gifts Own procurement and inventory of trade show materials; business cards, flyers, banners, branded merchandise (hats, pens, bags, and similar) Coordinate with vendors on prod
