Job Description: Join Job Duck as a Billing & Operations Executive Assistant by supporting a dynamic legal team in the Commercial & Corporate practice area. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to a collaborative and client-focused environment, where your attention to detail and enthusiasm will make a daily impact. You’ll assist with billing coordination, email and calendar management, onboarding clients, and supporting payroll and document drafting. The ideal candidate is a curious and independent team member who thrives in a fast-paced, professional setting. If you enjoy solving problems, working with numbers, and being part of a kind and congenial team, this role is for you. • Salary Range: from $1,060 USD to $1,150 USD.
