Job Summary Support regional corporate account teams by managing after-sales care, pricing proposals, and data analysis to drive business development and revenue growth in the freight forwarding industry. Responsibilities Deliver after-sales support to the regional corporate account team to ensure client satisfaction and retention Review customer freight requests and select appropriate carriers to optimize logistics solutions Prepare competitive pricing proposals for spot and regular quotation requests, maintaining accurate cost records Compile and present data for Monthly Business Reviews (MBR) and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR) to support strategic decision-making Provide data management and administrative support to enhance operational efficiency Collaborate with the Business Development team to identify and capitalize on revenue growth opportunities Respond to Requests for Quotations (RFQs) from ‘All-round’ and ‘Specialized’ Freight Forwarders with up-to-date market-competitive prices Conduct targeted market research on specific areas or verticals to inform pricing and business strategies Assist in budget preparation and target setting exercises to align with business objectives Required competencies and certifications Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field Minimum 2 years of experience managing a regional portfolio in the freight forwarding industry Preferred competencies and qualifications Prior experience in freight forwarding
