Job ID: 1611965 Job Summary: Drive business growth by managing end-to-end B2B & B2C sales cycles, building client relationships, and achieving revenue targets. Responsibilities: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability goals. Identify and secure new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, referrals, and market research. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and long-term partnerships. Manage the full sales cycle, including lead generation, qualification, proposal preparation, negotiation, and closing. Conduct client meetings to understand needs, present solutions, and identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities. Prepare quotations, tenders, proposals, and commercial agreements in line with internal guidelines. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Operations, Customer Service, Technical Support, Marketing, Finance) to ensure successful delivery and customer satisfaction. Monitor market trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and recommend strategies. Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline updates, account plans, and regular management reports. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and KPIs. Handle customer enquiries, resolve commercial issues, and ensure timely follow-up. Represent the company at exhibitions, trade shows, and networking events. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM systems. Mentor and provide guidance to junior sales team members where applicable. Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in sales or business development within a B2B environment. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Strong skills in business development, negotiation, and client relationship management. Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
