Responsibilities: Define product strategy, market requirements, and pricing for assigned product lines. Develop and monitor business plans, market penetration, and product positioning strategies. Translate business strategies into structured product marketing plans. Analyze competitors’ market share, activities, and strategies to inform market penetration and defense plans. Establish pricing strategies and create marketing tools for successful product launches. Gather customer insights and communicate feedback to engineering, management, and procurement teams. Lead new product introductions and cross-functional business planning to meet commercial needs. Manage booking and sales forecasts in alignment with management targets. Oversee and develop team members to ensure effective project execution. Build and maintain strong relationships with key customer stakeholders. Manage customer escalations and ensure timely resolution. Deliver clear executive updates for customer management reviews. Document meeting notes and drive internal action plans to meet deadlines. Ensure operations remain within budget while maintaining profitability. Manage accounts receivable and ensure timely closure of sign-offs. Requirements: Diploma or Degree in Engineering or a related field. At least 2 years of sales experience in semiconductor manufacturing equipment or a related industry. Proven ability to manage teams and deliver complex projects successfully. Established network within the semiconductor industry in Singapore, Republic of China, or China is an added advantage.
