Job Description

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent - Knowledge of local labor law - Knowledge of human resource theory, functions and practice, performance appraisal systems and staff development - Experience partnering with business leaders in highly complex and dynamic business settings - Experience supporting and/or leading employee-focused processes such as onboarding, benefits, investigations, training and/or talent management
