The Amazon B2B Payments and Lending team provides payments solutions to Amazon's business customers. We are part of the global Amazon Payments organization, which aims to delight our customers by building - Bachelor's degree - Experience with end to end product delivery - Experience owning feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product - Several years financial services experience - Fluency with Generative AI tools & methodologies to accelerate delivery - Experience managing teams composed of multiple functions and countries - P&L fluency and ownership experience - Experience representing an organisation to senior external stakeholders
