Responsibilities Under general supervision, the Radiology Scheduler provides compassionate, accurate, and timely support to patients by scheduling, confirming, canceling, and rescheduling radiology appointments across multiple imaging modalities. This Work from Home role serves as a primary point of contact for patient imaging needs within a high-volume contact center environment, requiring efficiency, strong critical thinking, and attention to detail while managing complex, high touch interactions and adhering to healthcare protocols. The Radiology Scheduler is a key contributor within the Contact Center, combining advanced customer service skills with subject matter knowledge of radiology workflows, medical terminology, and multiple scheduling systems. The role requires ongoing training and cross training to build and maintain proficiency and accuracy across all radiology modalities, systems, and client specific workflows, while demonstrating understanding of and compliance with contact center performance metrics (including adherence, quality, attendance, and service levels) and maintaining all quality, performance, and privacy standards.
