Job Description Drive commercial growth across APAC distribution markets, with focus on revenue and profitability. Identify and capitalize on growth opportunities in tender and private markets. Partner closely with distributors to plan, execute, and deliver in-market performance targets. Develop and implement joint business plans with partners, including KPIs and growth milestones. Evaluate and optimize the distributor network, including onboarding, training, or consolidation. Lead long-term planning for assigned markets/clusters, ensuring sustainable growth. Generate and leverage market intelligence and competitor insights to guide strategy. Ensure accurate forecasting, launch readiness, and successful product execution with partners. Collaborate cross-functionally (portfolio, finance, operations) to align and accelerate market execution. The Successful Applicant A successful APAC Commercial Head should have: A strong educational background in business, life sciences, or a related field.
