About the Role: Vercel is hiring a Senior HRBP to partner with our G&A organizations, Finance, Legal, People, and Security&IT. You'll work directly with C-Suite leaders to build people strategies that drive effectiveness, grow talent, and sustain a high-performance culture as we scale. This isn't a consulting role. You'll be embedded in the business, bringing strategic vision and operational follow-through in equal measure. We want a builder: someone who's guided teams through real inflection points, balances analytical rigor with genuine human-centeredness, and never loses sight of the individual in the system. You speak truth to power, advocate for employees, help leaders make hard calls and you don't wait to be asked. What You’ll Do: Strategic Partnership Serve as the primary HR advisor to senior leaders across Finance, Legal, People, and Securi
