Role Description We are seeking an experienced cross-asset structuring professional to lead the origination, structuring, and delivery of bespoke multi-asset structured solutions for investment and hedging purposes across South-East Asia markets. This role requires a strategic thinker with deep technical expertise in Rates, FX, and Credit derivatives, combined with strong client relationship management and team leadership capabilities. The successful candidate will drive product and payoff implementation, working with key stakeholders within and outside Nomura to deliver innovative solutions to Investment and Wealth Management (IWM) clients, institutional investors, private banks, corporates, and financial institutions.
