Provided administrative support to HR Business Partners, ensuring smooth day-to-day HR operations and timely completion of HR activities. Coordinated interview arrangements, scheduled meetings and appointments, and supported recruitment-related processes. Processed monthly invoices, internship allowances, and maintained accurate HR records, documentation, and filing systems. Assisted with employee onboarding, orientation programmes, and various employee lifecycle activities and events. Created EDMs, videos, and communication materials for HR initiatives, while supporting HR projects and other ad-hoc administrative tasks. Requirement: Diploma holder with at least 1 year of experience in HR administration.
