Salary : $3,500 - $4,500 Location: Buangkok Working hours: Mon to Thursday (9am to 7pm) Friday (9am to 6pm) Job Responsibilities Develop individualise care plans for residents Execute the care plan and monitor progress Develop and implement programmes and activities to meet the residents’ care needs Put up 6th monthly review reports and monthly interview records for about 50 residents Requirements Degree in Social Work Preferably experience in Social Service Sector or related field The Supreme HR Advisory Pte.
