Role Overview You will support daily pest control operations and handle customer enquiries. Your job is to make sure: Technicians are scheduled properly Customers receive quotations on time Invoices are issued and payments are tracked Information is organised and up to date Main Responsibilities 1. Daily Scheduling Plan and confirm daily jobs with the Field Operations Lead Call or message customers to confirm appointments Update job schedules and tracking sheet Ensure technicians submit reports on time 2. Handling Enquiries & Quotations Answer phone, WhatsApp and email enquiries Collect required information using company template Prepare standard quotations using approved pricing list Follow up on quotations Update enquiry tracking list 3. Invoicing & Payment Tracking Issue invoices after jobs are completed Monitor outstanding payments Send payment reminders when needed Update payment records 4. General Admin Support Maintain proper filing of documents Assist in simple purchase orders Prepare weekly summary for internal meeting
