Job Description
We are seeking a responsible and proactive Finance & Admin Senior Executive to support both finance operations and office administration functions. Finance Handle full set of accounts, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and General Ledger (GL) Prepare month-end closing and bank reconciliations Manage invoicing, payment processing, and follow-up on receivables Maintain accurate financial records and supporting documentation Prepare GST submissions and basic financial reports Liaise with external parties such as auditors and tax agents when required HR & Admin Support Support basic HR outsourcing functions including payroll, leave administration, and employee records Provide ad-hoc assistance in general office administration and coordination tasks as required Requirements Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting or administrative roles preferred Strong understanding of accounting principles Familiarity with accounting systems (e.g., QuickBooks and Xero or similar) is an advantage Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel Personal Attributes Responsible, hardworking, and proactive. Good attention to detail and organizational skills. Able to work independently and as part of a team.
