About the Role We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Events Services Executive to support the planning, coordination, and execution of events. The successful candidate will work closely with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth event operations and deliver exceptional customer experiences. Key Responsibilities - Coordinate and manage event logistics from planning through execution. - Liaise with clients to understand event requirements and expectations. - Prepare event proposals and ideas - Coordinate with client - Manage event schedules, setup arrangements, and on-site operations. - Monitor event budgets and ensure cost-effective execution. - Handle attendee registrations, inquiries, and customer service matters. - Conduct post-event evaluations and prepare reports. - Ensure complied company standards. Requirements - 1–3 years of experience in event coordination, hospitality, customer service, or a similar role. - Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays when required. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office / google sheets applications. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
