Company Overview CHURN° is a vibrant ice cream cafe in Yishun, passionate about serving high-quality ice cream and specialty coffee in a fun, welcoming environment. Job Summary This role combines crafting specialty coffee beverages with serving premium ice cream and frozen desserts. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic, customer-focused, and thrives in a fast-paced setting. Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and espresso-based drinks, including lattes, cappuccinos, and iced coffees, ensuring quality and consistency Operate and maintain espresso machines and coffee equipment to ensure smooth beverage preparation Scoop and serve ice cream while creating visually appealing ice cream presentations Maintain cleanliness and organization of the ice cream display case and coffee bar Provide friendly, efficient, and attentive customer service to enhance customer satisfaction Accurately take customer orders and process cash and card transactions using the POS system Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain a positive customer experience Keep the cafe work areas clean and organized, including the coffee bar, ice cream counter, and seating areas Restock supplies and ingredients as needed to ensure uninterrupted service Follow all health and safety guidelines to maintain a safe environment for staff and customers Perform opening and closing procedures to prepare the cafe for daily operations Collaborate effectively with other cafe staff and assist with additional duties as required Required competencies and certifications Food handlers certification Singaporean/ PR Preferred competencies and qualifications Previous barista or customer service experience Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Passion for coffee and ice cream Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
