Social media is one of the most important channels in Replit's go-to-market motion — not just for brand awareness, but as a direct driver of user acquisition, product discovery, and community trust. We're looking for the person who will own our social channels end to end. You'll lead our social media marketing program, defining our voice, managing our owned channels across X, Meta, TikTok, etc, and developing content across each channel that drives awareness of the brand and gets people excited to use the product. You'll have a ringside seat to one of the most interesting moments in software history, working in close collaboration with Marketing, Product Marketing, Product, Engineering, and Creative This is the right role if you you live on Instagram, TikTok, Reddit, and X, and you're energized by the challenge of building something durable, not just going viral.
