Job Description
Specialized Experience Applicants must have 52 weeks of specialized experience equivalent to at least the next lower grade level, i.e. GS-13, in the Federal service. Specialized experience is defined as both of the following: Demonstrated experience leading budget development and execution activities. Experience indicators include evaluating cost estimates; reviewing or modifying budget requests; monitoring the performance of an operational budget; and, generating budget reports. Demonstrated experience leading procurement and contracting activities that included coordinating the development of pre-award documentation and conducting post-award contract administration activities. AND Selective Factor Applicants must possess a valid Federal Acquisition Certification for Contracting Officer's Representatives (FAC-COR) Level III.
