Basic information: 5 day work week Day Shift: 7am to 4pm AND 1.30pm to 10.30pm (Bi-weekly rotate) Night Shift: 10.15pm to 7.15pm (able to choose shift) Basic UP $3000 Location: Kaki Bukit Bonus provided Job Scope: Liaise with customers on work programmes and service activities. Coordinate with operations coordinators on scheduling, manpower allocation, and job planning. Receive, record, and process incoming customer requisitions accurately and efficiently. Distribute work requests to relevant operations teams for execution. Maintain and update work orders, schedules, and related documentation. Compile call records and summaries, including subcontractor-related work requests. Track issuance and return of tools and equipment to ensure proper condition and accountability. Perform accurate data entry and maintain up-to-date operational records. Carry out ad hoc duties and tasks as assigned by supervisors. Additional Information: Minimum qualification of GCE O Level, NITEC, or equivalent. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Positive, self-motivated individual with ability to work independently and within a team. Service-oriented with a strong focus on customer satisfaction. Prior experience in call centre or customer service roles is an advantage. Willingness to work on rotating shift schedules. Contract position with potential conversion to permanent role based on performance.
