Assist customers with bookings, pickups, and tracking their shipments. Address and resolve customer issues professionally. Ensure adherence to airfreight regulations and customs requirements. Update shipment milestones promptly. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and shipment details. Collaborate with the operations team to enhance processes and service quality.
