Responsibilities Deliver high-quality skin care services tailored to individual client needs Evaluate customers’ skin conditions to advise on appropriate skin care treatments and products Recommend suitable services and products to enhance client outcomes and satisfaction Provide follow-up services and assist staff with client consultations to ensure consistent service delivery Lead and motivate a team to achieve operational and service excellence Resolve customer complaints promptly to maintain positive client relationships Manage customer enquiries and schedule appointments efficiently Provide diverse manicure and pedicure services to meet client preferences Required competencies and certifications Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience managing manicure and pedicure services
