This is a remote position. Operating within an established UK property management company, this remote role is critical for driving compliance and seamless tenancy workflows across a year-round operational calendar, for 20 hours per month. It offers an organized administrative professional the opportunity to manage end-to-end tenant documentation and property viewing coordination, throughout the year, particularly during key seasonal peaks, specifically from November to January. Key Responsibilities Tenancy Documentation Management: Oversee the collection, verification, and systematic filing of all tenant agreements, compliance certificates, and onboarding documentation throughout the tenancy lifecycle. Property Viewing Coordination: Partner closely with UK-based letting agents to coordinate, schedule, and align property viewing times with prospective tenants. Tenant & Client Liaison: Act as a primary professional contact point for tenants, delivering high-level customer service and resolving documentation or scheduling queries efficiently. Digital Workspace Optimization: Maintain, structure, and update all electronic records and file repositories systematically within Google Drive. Financial Administration: Accurately capture and input basic transactional data and administrative entries into the company's designated bookkeeping system. Requirements Industry Experience: Proven, verifiable experience working specifically within the UK residential property market in a dedicated administrative capacity. Language Proficiency: Highly proficient English language skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with international agents and tenants. Customer Service Excellence: Strong interpersonal and client-facing skills, with a track record of handling tenant relations with patience and clarity.
