Job Title: Technology OperationsSpecialist II Your background Youbring expertise in supporting network infrastructure, with a strong focus onmanaging and resolving incidents that impact business operations. In this role,you will take the lead in triaging critical incidents, ensuring rapiddetection, response, and recovery. As the key focal point for networkstability, you will drive restoration efforts across teams—regardless of wherethe root cause originates. Shift Pattern: You will work one of two 12-hour rotating shifts (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM SGT): · Shift A: Sunday to Wednesday · Shift B: Wednesday to Saturday Note: AlternatingWednesdays are scheduled off depending on the assigned shift. What you can expect TheSpecialist is responsible for supporting and managing core networkingtechnologies, including routing, switching, business-to-business connectivity,and emerging solutions such as Software Defined Networking (SDN) not limited toSD-WAN, and network virtualization. Their expertise extends from large scaledata center networks to end-user networks including LTE and wirelessinfrastructure. The specialist must have deep knowledge of networkingprotocols, troubleshooting techniques, and both proactive and reactive supporttools, while ensuring all work complies with bank standards, policies,templates, and incident procedures. This positioninvolves direct collaboration with internal teams—such as architecture andengineering, product management, business stakeholders and senior leaders—aswell as external vendors and providers. Hence effective communication andstrong problem-solving skills are a must. As a subject matter expert, he/she specialist is expected to stay up todate with evolving technologies and industry trends to drive end to end value.
