1-year contract, renewable Government project Hybrid work arrangement Responsibilities Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet business requirements. Oversee operations, maintenance, monitoring, security, and resilience of systems. Lead and coordinate with GovTech auditors for audits and oversee the implementation of QMS. Drives project management for complex technical initiatives by applying advanced understanding of cloud platforms for infrastructure planning, and data integration solutions for system connectivity. Partner with Product Manager in managing operational aspects of products or feature areas and driving their success from implementation to ongoing support. Conduct and support through systems, users and security tests pre-release. Contribute to setup and configuration of DevOps tools and environments. Accountable for identifying and assessing operational risks, developing mitigation strategies (including audit preparation and incident management processes). Requirements Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related discipline. Minimum 3 to 5 years of project management experience. Experience participating in full software or product development lifecycles, preferably using Agile methodologies. Strong analytical, conceptualisation, and problem-solving skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas and influence stakeholders. Ability to handle ambiguous projects with minimal guidance, managing end-to-end delivery and aligning with organizational goals. Building strong team relationships and supporting cross-functional collaboration. Highly meticulous and tenacious, follows up with things to closure. Experience in government agencies is a plus. Experience with platforms like Confluence, JIRA are a plus.
