Job Description: We’re looking for a Content & Lifecycle Marketing Manager who can own the full storytelling engine of our brand across email, lifecycle flows, content strategy, and video-first creative . This role blends creativity with performance: you’ll develop content that grows our audience, produce video and written assets that educate and inspire, and build lifecycle marketing programs that turn first-time buyers into loyal customers. You’ll be at the center of how we communicate with customers from discovering us on social or through content, to browsing the site, to making a purchase, to coming back again. What You’ll Own Email & Lifecycle Marketing (40%) Own the full email and SMS strategy and calendar (campaigns + automated flows). Develop segmentation and personalization strategies to increase LTV and retention. Build and refine lifecycle programs: Abandoned browse & cart Post-purchase education Loyalty & VIP Winback Welcome/onboarding D esign A/B tests to optimize creative, messaging, and conversion. Partner with Growth to align emails with product launches and promotions. Content Strategy & Development (40%) Own the overall content calendar across social, email, landing pages, and UGC. Create high-quality content that connects with coffee enthusiasts and café owners. Write scripts, website copy, blogs, landing page messaging, and content briefs. Build content
