Job Description
The Enrollment Executive is responsible for driving revenue growth by promoting and selling the MindChamps education products and business opportunities. This includes direct preschool enrolments, preschool franchise opportunities, after-school care franchise opportunities, and other education-related services and programmes offered by the Group. The role requires proactive lead generation, relationship management, consultative selling, and the ability to engage with both individual consumers and prospective franchise investors. ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES: Promote and sell MindChamps Preschool programmes to prospective parents. Conduct centre tours, consultations, and programme presentations. Follow up on enquiries and convert leads into enrolments. Maintain strong relationships with parents throughout the enrolment journey. Identify, qualify, and engage prospective franchise investors and business partners. Conduct franchise discovery meetings and investment presentations. Develop new sales opportunities through networking, referrals, corporate partnerships, events, exhibitions, and digital channels. Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline across all business segments. Identify new market opportunities and provide market intelligence to management. Track sales activities, conversion rates, and pipeline performance. Prepare regular sales forecasts and performance reports. Achieve monthly and annual enrolment targets. JOB REQUIREMENTS: Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, Communications, or a related discipline. Minimum 3 years of sales, business development, franchise sales, education sales, property sales, financial advisory, or related consultative sales experience. Proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets. Strong sales prospecting and lead generation capabilities. Excellent presentation, negotiation, and closing skills. Self-motivated, results-driven, and entrepreneurial mindset.
