Job Description
Key Responsibilities Assist in planning and delivering end-to-end technology integration projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives Work closely with internal teams (Technology, Product, Operations) and external partners to design and execute integration solutions Evaluate third-party tools, platforms, and APIs to enhance system capabilities and performance Support the development and implementation of APIs, microservices, and middleware to enable smooth system connectivity Monitor system performance, ensuring reliability, scalability, and efficiency across integrated platforms Troubleshoot and resolve integration-related issues in a timely manner Maintain accurate technical documentation, standards, and best practices Contribute to continuous improvement of integration frameworks, tools, and processes Stay updated on emerging technologies and assess opportunities to enhance the digital landscape Ensure compliance with security policies, data protection regulations, and industry standards Requirements Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related discipline At least 3 years of experience in system integration, software development, or similar roles Strong knowledge of APIs, microservices architecture, and middleware technologies Hands-on experience integrating third-party platforms within complex systems Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Understanding of security, data privacy, and compliance frameworks Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and collaborate across teams Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
