• Manage and support ownership benefits and loyalty programs, including partner coordination and customer sign ups. • Key point of contact for events agency, customers participation, and principal/dealer stakeholders • Ensuring all events and activities are productive with long term customer satisfaction and loyalty • Analyse customer data and feedback to identify opportunities for improved event experiences and engagement strategies. • Provide operational and administrative support for marketing campaigns, customer engagement initiatives, and event activities. • Overall support the team with CRM systems, other customer benefits, and CSAT/NPS • Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
