Company Overview We manufacture Cable Containment Systems and electrical products, seeking a collaborative team player to join our dynamic team. Job Summary Join our team as a Customer Service professional supporting sales operations by managing customer orders, coordinating shipments, and handling administrative tasks to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Respond promptly to daily customer enquiries to maintain high service quality and customer satisfaction Prepare project documentation and complete routine administrative tasks accurately to assist project management Coordinate with forwarders and suppliers to ensure timely and efficient shipment execution Verify customer order details for accuracy and completeness before confirmation to prevent errors Provide order confirmations and proactively communicate with customers to resolve discrepancies Ensure billing accuracy by verifying compliance with agreed payment terms and conditions Collaborate with sales and warehouse teams to track orders and ensure timely fulfilment Manage filing systems, prepare necessary documents, schedule appointments, and handle incoming calls professionally Perform other ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned to support smooth team operations Preferred competencies and qualifications Diploma or equivalent education Proficient use of Microsoft Office applications to support daily tasks and documentation Fresh graduates and candidates without experience are welcome to apply Demonstrated ability to work effectively as a team player with a responsible attitude Other Information Location: Eco-tech @ Sunview Road Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am – 5.30pm
