About the Job We are seeking an elite, forward-thinking SuccessFactors Solution Architect to serve as the master design authority and chief technology strategist for a multi-year global HR transformation program. In this executive-level position, you will define and drive the target-state enterprise architecture across multiple SAP SuccessFactors instances, legacy platforms, and fragmented digital tools. Your mission is to transition the organization toward an intelligent, automated, and data-driven HR operating model. This high-impact role requires deep technical command of the SAP CPI / BTP Integration Suite alongside strong system integration experience with external ecosystems like ServiceNow and UKG .
