You will work closely with customers, project managers and functional teams to design, configure and deliver scalable and best-practice Employee Central solutions aligned to client business requirements. This role suits a senior consultant or architect with strong end-to-end implementation experience who enjoys working in a flexible, delivery-focused consulting environment. Remote / Flexible work from anywhere in Australia or New Zealand. Your Tasks and Responsibilities Lead the solution design and architecture for SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central implementations and projects Translate business and HR requirements into robust, scalable SuccessFactors Employee Central solutions Provide functional leadership across project lifecycles including design, build, test, deployment and post-go-live support Configure and implement core HR processes including organisational structures, employee data, workflows and business rules Advise clients on best practices, standard functionality and optimisation of SuccessFactors Employee Central Collaborate with technical teams on integrations, data migration and reporting requirements Support and mentor consultants within the SuccessFactors practice Contribute to project
