ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES We are seeking a SuccessFactors Solution Architect to lead the design and delivery of a scalable, future-ready HR technology landscape for a complex, global enterprise operating across multiple business clusters, legal entities, and joint ventures. The role will define and drive a target-state HR architecture across multiple SAP SuccessFactors instances, legacy systems, and fragmented HR tools, enabling a transition toward an intelligent, data-driven HR operating model. Key Responsibilities 1. Enterprise HR Architecture & Transformation Define end-to-end HR solution architecture across multiple SuccessFactors instances, legacy systems, and manual processes. Establish a harmonized global HR architecture while accommodating regional and legal entity differences. Lead architecture strategy for consolidation, simplification, and scalability across business clusters. Including defining contingency integration architecture for scenarios where necessary. Translate business priorities into a technology-enabled HR transformation roadmap. 2. Multi-Instance SAP SuccessFactors Strategy Assess and rationalize multiple SAP SF instances, identifying consolidation or federation opportunities. Design integration and data architecture across instances and a multi-system ecosystem spanning payroll, ITSM, finance, time man
